Three kinds of message are especially welcome:

• A number that looks wrong. Say which page, which figure, and what you make it instead. Every dimension on the site comes out of one library, so a genuine error is usually one fix in one place — but only if somebody points at it.
• A size or platform with no page. The catalogue covers the sizes that are genuinely sold and genuinely searched. If something obvious is missing, that is a gap worth closing.
• A figure you can source. Platform pages deliberately omit fields that could not be confirmed. A pointer to a document that settles one turns an omission into a record.

Anything else — questions, corrections to the writing, a request to compare two specific sizes — is read too.

What this address cannot do is tell you whether a tire will fit your vehicle. That depends on clearance, load rating and local rules, none of which can be worked out from a size code and an email. Questions of that shape are better asked of owners of your exact platform, who can send you a photograph of the inner fender.

Messages are read by a person, not a system, so a reply may take a few days. Corrections get looked at first.
