Nine upgrade lists, no factory list
Nine platforms name 33x12.50R20 among their common upgrades, and they are listed alongside the figures: three generations of one half-ton nameplate, two of another, both current Ram 1500 bodies, and a full-size SUV. As many as any size in the catalogue, and none of them ships it.

Fit any of them in place of any other and the speedometer, the odometer, the engine speed at a given road speed and the effective final drive are all completely unchanged.
The only columns that move are the last two. Going from the 15-inch member to this one takes the sidewall from 9.00 in down to 6.50 in on each side, moving that height into the wheel instead, and drops the derived aspect ratio by twenty points.
Why the aspect ratio falls so far
Aspect ratio is sidewall as a percentage of section width, and the width is fixed at 12.50 in across the whole family. So the ratio is just the sidewall rescaled: 9.00 in over 12.50 in is 72, and 6.50 in over 12.50 in is 52.
Nothing prints that number on a flotation tire, which is why the family looks homogeneous in a catalogue listing and is not. A metric equivalent of this size would be written as a 52-series tire, and nobody describes a 33-inch off-road tire that way.
Metric notation cannot do this
Try to hold 33 in across several wheel diameters using metric codes and the best available is approximate. The catalogue's near-33s are 285/75R16 at 32.83 in, 285/70R17 at 32.71 in, 275/60R20 at 32.99 in and 275/50R22 at 32.83 in — running from 32.71 in to 32.99 in, with every one of them a different section width.
The flotation family has no spread at all, because the diameter is stated in the code rather than computed from three other quantities. Whatever else is wrong with flotation notation — and the silence about aspect ratio is a real gap — this is the thing it does that metric notation cannot.

Four metric codes sit within half an inch of it, and all four are narrower — which is the whole proposition. On a 20-inch wheel this size is not bought for height; there are metric options at exactly the same height. It is bought for the 12.50 in.
The narrowest of the four, 265/60R20, is 2.07 in slimmer while standing within half an inch of the same height. That is a bigger width gap than exists between any two of those metric codes, and it opens up without the diameter moving enough to matter.
The next rung on the same tread width
35x12.50R20 is the next rung on the same tread width: +2.00 in of diameter, 6.06%, and no change in section width at all. An indicated 70 mph becomes an actual 74.2 mph and a hundred indicated miles becomes 106.1.
The metric alternatives on the way there are 275/65R20 at +1.07 in and 285/65R20 at +1.59 in, both of them narrower than this size by more than an inch.
12.50 inches is not a width metric notation offers here
Across the five wheels this code appears on, the height changes nothing and the sidewall changes a great deal — but the section width never moves at all. It is 12.50 in on a 15-inch wheel and 12.50 in on this one.
Now try to buy that width in metric notation on a 20-inch wheel. The catalogue's widest 20-inch metric codes are 305, which converts to 12.01 in, and 325, which converts to 12.80 in. There is nothing between them, and 10 mm of metric width is 0.39 in, so the increments simply do not land on 12.50 in.
That is the practical shape of the choice on this wheel. Height is available either way and matches to within a hundredth of an inch. Width is available in inch steps under flotation notation and in 0.39 in steps under metric, and the specific figure a 12.50 in tire delivers has no metric spelling at all.
